Our zone boards, packs and credits are digital products. This policy sets out when refunds apply. All amounts are handled in USD ($).

Payment provider pendingNo payment is collected on this site yet, so no charges have been taken. The terms below apply once checkout is enabled with a named payment provider.

Digital board delivery

  • Because boards and credits are delivered digitally, a purchase is considered fulfilled once the files or credits are made available.
  • If a board file is faulty, corrupted or does not match its description, contact us within 14 days for a repaired file or a refund in USD.
  • Unused credit bundles can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, in USD, provided no boards have been composed with them.

How to request

Email support@workspa.shop with your order reference and the board or bundle name. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

Scope reminder

Boards are visual planning concepts for reference. Refunds relate to file quality and delivery, not to physical building outcomes, since we do not provide construction, fire, electrical or building services.
